Scot Loeffler has a son, Luke, from his first wife and two children, a daughter, Mary Elizabeth, and a son, Alexis, from his second marriage to Amie Loffler.
Following graduation, Amie Loffler spent many years in pharmaceutical sales before starting the women’s football clinic at BGSU.
Scot Loeffler is an American college football coach and former player who was born on November 1, 1974.
Furthermore, Loeffler played as the Michigan Wolverines’ quarterback from 1993 to 1996 before a shoulder injury cut his playing career short.
After serving as a graduate assistant on his alma mater’s coaching staff under Lloyd Carr, Loeffler joined the Wolverine staff for the 1997 season, which ended without a loss and resulted in a national championship.
On November 28, 2018, Bowling Green State University appointed Loeffler as head coach, a position he still holds.
Moreover, he previously held the positions of quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator at Boston College.
After serving in the same capacity at Auburn University under head coach Gene Chizik, he was most recently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Virginia Tech.
Before joining Auburn, Loeffler was Temple’s offensive coordinator.
He has coached quarterbacks for over ten years, mostly in the Big Ten and Southeastern conferences.

Scot Loeffler and His Wife, Amie Loeffler, Have Two Children Together
Scot Loeffler had previously married his first wife, with whom he had a son named Luke before they separated.
Currently, Scot is married to Amie and they have a son named Alexis and a daughter named Mary Elizabeth.
Scot and Amy held a private wedding ceremony and are now contentedly raising their two kids.
Originally from Ohio, Amie Loeffler was born on December 17, 1976, and has experience as a collegiate softball player and coach.
Additionally, from 1995 to 1999, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University.
Furthermore, Amie received her master’s degree in chemistry from Bowling Green State University between 1999 and 2005.
Remarkably, she was also recognized with the 2001 Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award.
Following graduation, she worked for Pfizer Inc. for 7 years as a professional healthcare representative.

Like her spouse, Amie is active in football and manages the women’s football clinic at BGSU, her alma mater.
Additionally, she actively promotes women’s football and co-founded the Bowling Green Women’s Clinic with Stephanie Paris, the wife of athletic director Derek van der Merwe.
