Ryan Day and his wife, Nina, who grew up together and married in 2005, share a son and two daughters, and as of now, Nina is not pregnant amid rumors about her expecting a fourth child.
Ryan Patrick Day, the Ohio State Buckeyes HC, and his family have been going through turmoil in recent times.
The Day, the family received thousands of messages, including some death threats and suicide suggestions.
While they are losing control of media headlines, the news of Ryan’s wife, Nina Day’s pregnancy, is floating.
However, as visible on social media, the couple doesn’t seem to be planning anything for 2025. They are already the parents of three children.
Nina and Ryan exchanged holy vows in 2005, turning their childhood love into a relationship for life.
While some highlights suggest the lady’s pregnancy, the family hasn’t talked about it openly.
With the ongoing turmoil and hate, they might not want to bring a new member to the world.
Ohio State Football HC Ryan Day And Wife Nina’s Pregnancy Rumors Trend In 2025, Amid Death Threats!
Christina Spirou Day, aka Nina Day, has been Ryan’s partner since childhood. The husband and wife grew up together in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Reports suggest that they met while on a Tee-ball team. The T-ball romance eventually culminated in a marriage in 2005.

That's what Coach Ryan Day told his wife Nina the day after the loss to TTUN. I had the honor of sitting down with Nina to talk about how family carried them through the season … and all the way to Atlanta. #Buckeyes… pic.twitter.com/wPGg8V28Ed
In 2019, with WSYX ABC 6, Nina stated,
He is an unbelievable dad. He’s very, very hands-on with the children.
RJ is the oldest of three siblings and is a high school sophomore in Columbus. He follows his dad’s footsteps as a QB.
However, unlike his kids, the Buckeyes coach wasn’t lucky enough to grow alongside his father.
Unfortunately, Ryan’s dad passed away by committing suicide when he was just 9. His mother raised him as a single mother, struggling yet with strength.
Christina and the HC have made it large in life and given everything to their kids that they couldn’t have.
They are also big-time mental health advocates, which came from Ryan’s experience of losing his father early.
Despite all the good deeds, life hasn’t been fair for the Day family.
Due to the Ohio State Buckeyes’ bad form since late 2024, Ryan and the family have been walking through the path of glasses.
The Buckeyes lost their fourth consecutive loss to their arch-rivals, Michigan, in November 2024.
The HC suddenly began getting messages about ending life like his father did. According to Nina, she and her kids even got death threats.
She even confronted and talked about the incident through a recent post on Facebook on January 22, 2025.
The condition doesn’t seem to settle even in 2025. And it shouldn’t be the time to bring a child into the world, even if they are planning something.
