He further shared insights about the foundation, stating,
The thing about our foundation especially is 100% of that money goes to those fighting cancer. So everyone who works for me … they all do it for free. So we don’t pay anyone, and everyone does it out of the kindness of their heart.
The family initiated this effort following Heather Janikowski’s passing away due to breast cancer on January 19, 2022.
According to reports, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012, and after more than a decade of battle with the disease, she eventually lost her life.
The foundation’s website says that even during her treatments, she consistently mentored and gave many cancer patients the confidence to persevere.
As a result, the Janikowski family decided to establish a foundation in the memory of Heather to honor her legacy.
Hence, the foundation has actively supported numerous individuals in their fight against cancer, providing significant assistance and resources.
