Kelly Stafford, the Wife of Matthew Stafford, is a British Citizen
Leslie and Jay Hall were the parents of Stafford’s life partner Kelly “Hall” Stafford, who was born in Atlanta, Georgia.
The pair had a son and a daughter together, and she has a brother named Chad Hall, a former wide receiver and coach.
After playing collegiate football for the Air Force, Chad signed a free-agent contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.
