To be precise, DeMeco and Jamila White Ryans aren’t expecting a baby in 2025.
Speaking about their relationship, they have already lived together for more than 10 years.
They met while DeMeco was still playing for the Houston Texans. So, they must have met somewhere between 2006 and 2011.
From their years-long journey, the pair gave birth to two sons, MJ and Micah, and two daughters, Xia and Zuri Ryans.
Besides just managing the family, Jamila is also a registered nurse and a non-profit director of the DeMeco Ryans Foundation.

Despite her busy work managing kids, the lady is often present at the stands to support her husband and his team.
Back in 2023, talking about her husband, Jamila White said, “His heart never left Houston. I just think you guys will be super, super proud of him too.“
