Charlie Dixon tied the knot with his wife, Jessica Katherine Jensen Dixon, on July 26, 2003, celebrating over a decade of marriage and the joy of raising two wonderful children.
A former NBC and ESPN executive, Dixon has held the position as the Executive Vice President of Content for FS1 at Fox Sports since 2015, bringing nearly a decade of experience to the role.
Previously, he contributed to the co-development of programs such as Olbermann, Numbers Never Lie, and Colin Cowherd’s New Football Show during his tenure at ESPN.
He also worked for IMG, managing the digital media department and launching the first-ever made-for-mobile sports network.

Born in 1972, Jessica Katherine Jensen Dixon is the daughter of the late Robert Jensen and the late Katherine Jensen.
Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, she is the adoptive daughter of Neva Jensen Wickstrom and a stepdaughter of Carroll W. Wickstrom.
According to her Facebook profile, she studied Journalism and History at the University of St. Thomas.
Jessica formerly served as a segment producer for MSNBC, contributing to political shows such as Hardball With Chris Matthews and Scarborough Country.
Additionally, she has worked for prominent media channels like CNN and ESPN, gaining extensive experience in broadcasting.
As per reports, the couple got engaged on December 11, 2002, and eventually married a few months later in July 2003.
Fox Sports Hairstylist Files Sensual Exploitation Claims Against Charlie Dixon
A former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, recently filed lawsuits against Charlie Dixon, Skip Bayless, and Joy Taylor.
As she claimed, Dixon allegedly touched her inappropriately during a party hosted by Taylor in January 2017.
The lawsuit further states that,
Charlie Dixon used his position of power to coerce women into having sex with him and used it as justification to grope Ms. Faraji.
As detailed in the lawsuit, she explained the unsettling incident to her then-friend Taylor, who allegedly dismissed her concerns, responding with, “get over it.”
Faraji cited that in 2023, an anonymous employee informed her that her contract would not be renewed after she refused to engage in an intimate relationship with Dixon.
On top of that, the anonymous employee also revealed that Dixon engaged in similar inappropriate conduct with other female employees at Fox.
In addition to Dixon’s actions, Skip Bayless reportedly offered $1.5 million to the hairstylist, proposing a physical relationship with him on multiple occasions.
However, Faraji declined his advances and revealed that she had cancer, hoping he would stop his actions out of pity.
Faraji disclosed that Taylor and Dixon were involved in an affair, despite both being married and that this connection helped her advance in her career.
The lawsuit also accused Fox of workplace misconduct and failed to investigate Dixon’s actions regarding sensual advances.
