According to The Gazette, his mother and grandmothers from both sides passed away from COVID-19 in 2021.
He lost them during his junior year of high school, and he said,
“Getting through that was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.”
His mother died at the age of 38 on November 11, just a month after he lost his maternal grandmother.
